Dor is a highly technical, strategically minded professional with over 20 years of experience in construction and façade systems, including work on some of the most high-profile buildings in New York City. He specializes in building envelopes and general development, bringing a sharp eye for design coordination, constructability, and long-term performance.
Throughout his career, Dor has worked closely with owners, developers, and design teams to bridge the gap between ambitious architectural vision and real-world execution. He is known for guiding owners through complex façade and envelope decisions with clarity and control—helping them understand risks, trade-offs, and lifecycle impacts before they commit. Dor’s experience across concept design, mock-ups, procurement, and installation gives clients a trusted partner who understands both the technical details and the broader development picture.

Beau Gallo

Beau brings over 25 years of cross-disciplinary expertise to the construction and engineering sectors, offering a rare dual perspective that combines the technical rigor of a seasoned MEP Engineer with the strategic oversight of a Development Management leader. His career is defined by a diverse portfolio of multi-scale projects across the country, with specialized experience navigating the complexities of the nation’s most demanding and highly regulated urban markets.
Beau possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire building’s lifecycle from conceptual design and construction through to long-term operation and maintenance. Having served as the lead engineer on some of the country’s most complex developments, he excels at aligning sophisticated design intent with field realities and stringent budget constraints.
He is recognized for his ability to unify ownership groups, architects, and contractors around a shared vision of buildable, high-performance solutions. By applying a "mechanic’s eye" to every project, Beau identifies latent risks and optimizes systems early in the process. This proactive approach ensures that critical building infrastructure is not only well-designed but remains reliable, maintainable, and cost-effective throughout the life of the asset.
