Valley River Inn - Eugene, OR

OmniCore Associates performed a comprehensive building envelope assessment, identifying widespread deterioration across windows, doors, skylights, and other exterior systems. We provided recommendations to improve weather resistance, structural integrity, and overall performance. In parallel, we redesigned and managed the domestic hot water return system and boiler replacement for the 250-unit hotel, overseeing the project from concept through installation to ensure efficiency and reliability.

The Boulevard - Yaphank, NY

OmniCore Associates provided building envelope consulting services throughout all phases of design and construction. This included drawing reviews, system detailing guidance, and on-site support to ensure proper integration and performance of the façade systems.

Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center- Boca Raton, FL

OmniCore Associates conducted a forensic investigation at the Boca Marriott to assess humidity and air infiltration issues in guest rooms, identifying envelope gaps and recommending targeted sealing strategies to improve comfort and performance. The team also managed the kitchen AC replacement project, provided MEP inspections for the Room Refresh initiative, and served as owner’s representative across various projects.

DoubleTree - New Orleans, LA

OmniCore Associates provided oversight and technical consulting for critical MEP upgrades. This included managing the installation of two 10-ton Outside Air Replacement Units and overseeing the re-piping and upgrading of the domestic water line service.

Oakwood Shopping Center – Oakwood, NY

OmniCore Associates provided façade consulting services focused on storefront installation quality and compliance. This included developing a tailored performance specification for contractor accountability, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting on-site inspections. We provided clear recommendations to ensure proper performance and adherence to project standards.

The Embassy Suites - Destin, FL

At the Embassy Suites in Destin, OmniCore Associates created the scope of work and reviewed contractor proposals for a 280-ton chiller replacement. We also conducted a forensic assessment of recurring water infiltration issues around windows and curtain wall systems, providing targeted recommendations to remediate the envelope and prevent future moisture intrusion.

Residence Inn - Alexandria, Virginia

OmniCore Associates redesigned the domestic hot water system for the 8-story building, developed the project scope, and managed the installation to ensure efficient and code-compliant execution.

Royal Caribbean headquarters - Miami, FL

OmniCore Associates created a comprehensive Site Assessment Findings report to support building acquisition contract negotiations. Our analysis identified critical issues and risk factors, contributing to $15 million in negotiated savings for the client.
