As Owner’s Representatives and Site Design Managers, we coordinated the design and integration of individual building sites with city and county infrastructure, including the planning and development of pedestrian improvement areas. We oversaw a $36 million site development budget for the 27-acre property, covering signage, public art, and CAM-related infrastructure. Our team directly managed the procurement and buyout of professional design firms and subcontractors to ensure cohesive execution across all shared and common areas.

Royal Caribbean headquarters - Miami, FL

OmniCore Associates created a comprehensive Site Assessment Findings report to support building acquisition contract negotiations. Our analysis identified critical issues and risk factors, contributing to $15 million in negotiated savings for the client.

One Vanderbilt - Manhattan, NY

Our team assisted the ownership group with the façade design of One Vanderbilt, supporting logistics planning, schedule projections, and the construction of the full-scale visual mock-up during the project's design phase.
